Payment Terms

Tek Solutions offers a variety of methods for payment on our products and services to make doing business with us fast and easy.  By strictly adhering to this policy, we are assured of keeping our prices affordable to all of our valued customers!

Cash
We don't recommend payments by cash...for your own record keeping and protection.

Credit Cards
We accept major credit cards, including ATM Debit Cards, Government I.M.P.A.C and GSA Smart Pay cards.   Shipment of products and services is contingent on approval and verification that you're authorized to use the card.

 

Electronic Checks (ACH)
You provide us with the bank name and routing number the check is drawn on, the account number, check number and the name on the check. Shipment of products and services is contingent on confirmation that funds have cleared and verification that you're authorized to use the checking account.




Other Checks
Other business and personal checks will be accepted by Tek Solutions either with prior credit approval for recurring customers or with shipment of products and services being contingent upon bank processing (please allow up to five working days).  A $25.00 fee is charged on checks returned for "non-sufficient funds".

Wire Transfers
Wire transfers of payment are accepted on the same basis as electronic checks.  This is the standard method of payment for all international orders which require advance payment, including shipping costs.  Please contact us for our bank information. 

Commercial Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders from qualified national and corporate accounts subject to
credit approval.  Terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise arranged. We pay our vendors on time, and we expect the same courtesy.  A late fee of $50 plus interest at 1.5% per month or fraction thereof is charged on all past due accounts. Delivery of products and services is contingent on receipt of the proper documentation by Tek Solutions.

Government Purchase Orders
We accept Blanket Purchase Agreements, DD Form 1155 and DD Form 1556.   Terms are Net 30 days.  We also accept government I.M.P.A.C and Smart Pay credit cards.  Other approved forms and payment options will be considered as required.

Leasing
We offer leasing terms to qualified corporate and government accounts.  This is a great way to get the product you need now and minimize your immediate capital outlay.  Your cash flow and credit lines are spared for other requirements. It even allows for add-ons if you need additional products for expansion.  Check with your Tek Solutions representative for details.

Credit Approval
We use Dun & Bradstreet and/or other major credit reporting agencies to verify credit worthiness.  A non-refundable fee of $25 is charged for the initial credit check, which may be waived by Tek Solutions when accompanied with an order.

Shipping
Our standard shipping method is UPS ground shipping unless otherwise specified.   Expedited shipping options are available at an additional charge through UPS, Fedex or DHL.
