Our Guarantee
We carefully select the products we
provide to ensure outstanding value for your investment. If for any reason you are
not fully satisfied with your purchase from Tek Solutions, we'll
refund your money within 30 days of the purchase date. Applies to
single unit orders only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Software is not refundable if opened. We always recommend evaluating
our products before ordering multiple units. All returned
orders are subject to restocking fee of 25% with the exception of
exchanges of
equal or higher value when approved on a case-by-case basis. Assumes
product is returned in new condition with all original components,
documentation and packaging. Note: This return guarantee is not
extended to custom, built-to-order or other special orders, and the actual refund amount may be reduced
appropriately to consider misuse, wear and tear, damage, restoration or cleaning, etc.
The services we provide are guaranteed
to help you succeed with the product you've purchased from us or with the project you've
tasked us with. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied that we have
successfully met or exceeded your performance expectations, we will work with you to
correct the situation. Tek Solutions reserves the right to offer additional services
at a reduced rate or on a complimentary basis to make it right.
